However, if there is an issue with you order, please give us a call at 407.459.7612 or email us as soon as possible, provide a photograph so we can see what happened. In some cases, we require that you send the order back to us, we will give you the shipping return label, download the label, print it off, and attach it to the package.

If we made a mistake, we’ll reproduce your order and ship it to you as soon as possible.

We cannot refund or reprint your order because you have decided you don’t want it, it is the wrong size, or the color does not match to what you see on your screen, because monitors have different calibrations and color variations. If you need some particular color, we recommend to order a printed proof prior placing the order.

Refunds will be made within 5 days if we verify that we made an error by using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
